Job Title: Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, project management, client communication, requirement gathering, and technical documentation. The role involves collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions and projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and other technical documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Create user stories, functional workflows, and process documentation.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and task breakdowns.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional
• teams, including developers, designers, QA, and project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in business analysis and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of databases, software architecture, and technical workflows.
• Familiarity with Web and Mobile applications, IoT, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Ability to prepare clear functional documentation and coordinate multiple projects effectively.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery in line with business objectives.
• Support process improvements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Pay: ₹550,000\.00 \- ₹950,000\.00 per year
