Business Analyst

• *Job Description in brief:**

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non\-functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and internal teams.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release activities.
• Ensure requirements are complete, clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, release notes, and user manuals.
• Participate in product discussions and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.

• *Skill / Expertise / Work background:**

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product or application development.
• Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non\-functional requirements.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
• Hands\-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, and Business stakeholders.
• Experience working on web and mobile application products is preferred.

• *Experience level:** 2–5 years

• *Qualification:**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Agile, Scrum, ECBA, CCBA, or similar Business Analysis certifications are an added advantage.
