Location: Rishi Business Park, Narmadapuram Road near RKDF University

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to improve business processes and systems.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation

Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision\-making

Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful project delivery

Maintain proper documentation of processes, workflows, and requirements

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in tools like MS Excel

Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

Ability to create BRD, FRD, and use case documents

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Understanding of business process modeling (BPMN, UML)

Domain knowledge (Finance, IT, Ed\-tech, etc.) is a plus

Candidate should have good knowledge of financial market.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
