Job Summary
The Business Analyst role is responsible for requirement gathering, process improvement, and project coordination. The role involves supporting stakeholders in understanding business requirements, documenting workflows, coordinating project activities, and supporting successful delivery execution.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in fast\-paced environments. Candidates are expected to develop a structured understanding of business processes, agile delivery models, and AI\-assisted workflow practices.
Key Responsibilities* Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders and internal teams.
- Support preparation of BRDs, user stories, workflows, process diagrams, meeting notes, and requirement summaries.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and business expectations.
- Participate in sprint meetings, requirement clarification discussions, and project coordination activities.
- Assist in analyzing business workflows and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Support testing activities by validating business scenarios and documenting observations and feedback.
- Maintain requirement trackers, project documentation, and workflow records in an organized manner.
- Participate in client discussions, internal review meetings, and project status updates where required.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and project\-related documentation.
- Learn and understand Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
- Utilize AI tools and productivity platforms for documentation, reporting, analysis, and workflow support.
Skills Required* MBA in Business Analytics (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of business analysis and requirement gathering concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem\-solving ability
- Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
- Willingness to learn Agile/Scrum methodologies and project coordination practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms is an added advantage
