Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, and coordinate with clients and technical teams to implement ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements.
• Understand business processes and prepare functional documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, and project managers.
• Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and testing.
• Prepare BRDs, process flows, and user documentation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.
• Provide training and post\-implementation support.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Problem\-solving and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Odoo, SAP, or other ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and non\-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
