As a Business Analyst (German \& English), you will analyze complex information, conduct online research, evaluate content quality, and provide structured insights that support AI\-powered projects. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Analyze, summarize, and break down complex content into clear, structured insights.
• Conduct online research to validate information and support analytical tasks.
• Evaluate content for logical consistency, accuracy, and quality.
• Create structured scenarios that support analytical and AI\-focused projects.
• Review outputs and provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback.
• Apply analytical thinking and logical reasoning to solve complex challenges.
• Document findings accurately while maintaining consistency across assigned tasks.

• Follow project guidelines, documentation standards, and quality requirements.

• *Job Requirements:**

• *Education**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Journalism, Literature, Statistics, Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered for the role.

• *Experience**

• Previous experience in business analysis, research, content analysis, technical writing, editing, translation, journalism, or similar analytical roles is preferred.
• Experience working with structured data, documentation, or research projects is an advantage.

• *Skills \& Competencies**

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written communication and annotation abilities.
• Ability to provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving capabilities.
• Creative thinking with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
