• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Business Analyst** with 5\+ years of experience in **Insurance Software Products**. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in **Life or General** Insurance, along with experience in requirement gathering, client interaction, and translating business needs into functional solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and UAT teams.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and support testing activities.
• Assist in product implementation, production support, and change requests.
• Ensure timely delivery of high\-quality insurance software solutions.

• *Required Skills**

• 5\+ years of Business Analyst experience in **Insurance Software Products**.
• Strong knowledge of **Life or General Insurance** domain.
• Experience in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Hands\-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
