Business Analyst Intern (AI & Product Innovation)

About the Role

Voyon Technology Services Private Limited is looking for a **Business Analyst Intern** with a strong interest in **Artificial Intelligence, Product Innovation, and Cloud Solutions** for its AI\-powered HRMS product, **Voyon Folks HRMS**. The ideal candidate should be passionate about exploring emerging AI technologies, identifying practical business use cases, and recommending innovative features that enhance product capabilities and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Research the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to HRMS and enterprise software.
• Identify realistic and business\-focused AI features that can be incorporated into Voyon Folks HRMS.
• Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare feature requirements, business documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Work closely with product and development teams to translate ideas into product enhancements.
• Evaluate AI copilots, AI agents, and automation opportunities for HR processes.

Required Skills

• Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Hands\-on exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct independent research and present actionable recommendations.
• Self\-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
