Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support business analysis, requirement gathering, process improvement, and data\-driven decision\-making. The intern will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to understand business needs and help translate them into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel or BI tools.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate requirements.
Collaborate with product, development, QA, and project teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand\-ups.
Maintain project documentation and track requirements throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of business processes and workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to create clear documentation and reports.
Attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or Visio is a plus.
