Business Analyst Intern

• *About the Role – Post\-Sales Business Analyst Intern**\-As a Post\-Sales Business Analyst Intern, you will work with clients and internal teams after a project is finalized. Your role is to understand client requirements, prepare project documentation, coordinate with developers and QA teams, track project progress, and ensure the project is delivered according to the client's expectations. You will also assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), handle change requests, and help resolve client queries to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand the client's requirements after project onboarding.
• Coordinate between clients and the development team.
• Create and maintain project documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, MOM).
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Gather client feedback and manage change requests.
• Conduct meetings with clients to clarify requirements.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report bugs.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve post\-sales queries.

• *Skills Required**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem\-solving ability.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Documentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with cross\-functional teams.
