Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented **Business Analyst with 3 \- 5 years of experience** to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and coordinating with development teams to deliver effective software solutions.

The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and successfully implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement\-gathering sessions, client meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Create process flow diagrams, workflows, wireframes, and use cases.
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and clients throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review meetings.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scenarios, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Manage requirement changes, maintain documentation, and ensure traceability.
• Conduct product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and end\-user training when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of functional requirements and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 3 \- 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services or software development company.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands\-on experience preparing BRD, FRD/FRS, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Good understanding of web applications, enterprise software, and business workflows.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and SQL fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently handle client discussions and requirement\-gathering sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross\-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on ERP, CRM, or enterprise application development projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, inventory, finance, or operational business processes.
• Exposure to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of SQL queries, API integrations, and data mapping.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting solutions, or business intelligence projects.
• Ability to prepare functional workflows and application wireframes.
