Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented IT Business Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and coordination with technical teams. The candidate will help translate business and client requirements into clear functional specifications and support the successful delivery of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, developers, and QA teams to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FRS, SRS, URS, RTM, and other functional documentation as required.
• Prepare use cases, user stories, process flows, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Understand project scope, business processes, and software requirements.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and tender\-related documentation.
• Assist in requirement analysis for government websites, web applications, mobile applications, and enterprise IT solutions.
• Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.
• Participate in requirement reviews, functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain project documentation and track requirement changes throughout the SDLC.
• Support project teams in resolving requirement\-related queries and ensuring timely deliverables.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of requirement gathering and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with BRD, FRS, SRS, URS, and RTM.
• Basic understanding of web applications, mobile applications, and software development.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Jira, Draw.io, Visio, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage assigned tasks within deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

 B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or an equivalent IT\-related qualification.

Experience Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Business Analysis, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Freshers with relevant internship experience and strong documentation skills may also be considered.
• Exposure to government IT projects, e\-governance, website development, or tender documentation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹350,000\.00 per year
