Business Analyst

As a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and IT or operational teams, evaluating processes, identifying inefficiencies, and translating business needs into technical or functional solutions.

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to help streamline our operations, optimize workflows, and drive data\-driven decision\-making. You will act as the primary liaison between business units, product owners, and technical/IT teams to define requirements, evaluate systems, and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements Elicitation \& Documentation: Gather, analyze, and document functional and non\-functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping.

System \& Process Analysis: Evaluate existing legacy and new systems, identify operational bottlenecks, and propose process improvements or re\-engineering strategies.

Bridging Business \& Tech: Translate business goals into clear technical specifications, user stories, and flowcharts for software developers and engineers.

Data \& Reporting: Leverage data analysis and visualization tools (such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and build management dashboards.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and non\-technical groups. • Critical thinking, problem\-solving, and conflict\-resolution abilities. • Good stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
