Business Analyst (Online Bidding & IT Sales)

Lovee Technologies is seeking a proactive, target\-driven **Business Analyst (Online Bidding / Pre\-Sales)** to join our in\-office team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying project opportunities across international freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.), analyzing client requirements for web development projects (WordPress, PHP, Shopify, Custom Web Apps), writing tailored proposals, and managing initial client communications to secure project wins.

Key Responsibilities

• **Opportunity Sourcing:** Monitor and identify high\-value project leads on freelance portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH) across web design, custom PHP development, WordPress, and eCommerce solutions.
• **Requirement Analysis:** Read and interpret technical project briefs, scope documents, and client specifications to assess feasibility.
• **Proposal Drafting:** Craft customized, compelling, non\-templated bids and proposals addressing the client’s exact pain points and requirements.
• **Lead Conversion \& Communication:** Handle initial client conversations, qualify leads, gather missing project requirements, and assist technical leads in scope clarification.
• **Coordination:** Coordinate with in\-house web developers and project managers to estimate project timelines, milestones, and realistic budgets.
• **Platform Health:** Maintain platform profile reputation, response rate, and ensure full adherence to marketplace policies and terms of service.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• **Education:** Graduate in BCA, B.Tech (CS/IT), BBA, MCA, or related fields (passionate freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply).
• **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory for dealing with international clients).
• **Technical Understanding:** Basic familiarity with web development concepts, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify), PHP, and UI/UX basics to accurately scope client requests.
• **Platform Knowledge:** Prior familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer) is an added advantage for experienced profiles.
• **Work Arrangement:** 100% In\-Office position at Mansarovar, Jaipur.
