• *About Position:**

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Capital Markets domain to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting functional specifications, and driving successful delivery of business solutions.

• *What You'll Do:**

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to capital markets operations (e.g., trading, settlement, risk, compliance).
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives.
• Create detailed Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
• Work with technology teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and clarity.
• Conduct grooming sessions with Technology teams to write User stories and provide clarification on requirements.
• Provide Sprint demos to the business stakeholders and get approval in pre prod.
• Assist in Test data set up, Scenarios review, UAT planning, execution, and defect management.

• *Expertise You'll Bring:**

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain, with a focus on Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, derivatives, fixed income), trading lifecycle, and market infrastructure.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
