Business Analyst

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Assist in the design and implementation of solutions aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 1–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (Real estate or IT domain experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• *Preferred:**

• Knowledge of ERP or CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
