Business Analyst

• *Experience:** 3\-5 years
• *Location:** Nashik (WFO)

• *Key Accountabilities**

• Requirement Elicitation and Gathering: Interact with customers, users and other key stakeholders to understand and re\-frame requirement ensuring clarity, precision and comprehensibility.
• Agile Methodologies: Be a coach and bring agile ways of working and translate requirements to Epic, Features and user stories which are modular and easy to implement.
• Collaboration: This is a key aspect to work within a team but also inspire others to work as a team.
• Designing: Understand customer needs, not just wants, collaborate with tech team to design the ideal business solution and help derive technical solution.
• Quality Assurance: BA will own the User acceptance and quality of the deliverable, both functional and non\-functional.

• *Core Competencies**

• **Minimum 3\-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst is a must.**
• In\-depth knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to bridge gaps between technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Facilitation skills: Facilitate meetings, ability to convince and influence a positive outcome.
• Business Process Mapping: Ability to map As\-Is and to create To\-Be process and flow in order to bring clarity.

• *Key Performance indicators**

• Maintaining Healthy backlog to feed into each sprint.
• Lower number of in\-development feature changes.
• Lower requirement defects.

• *Must Have technical Skills**

• MS Office tools (Word, PPT, Excel)
• Flow Chart tools (Drawio, visio)
• JIRA/SharePoint etc
• Experience in AI/ML/Data Domain a huge advantage

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹750,000\.00 per year
