Job Description

Bhanzu is looking for a skilled Business Analyst with hands\-on experience in Salesforce CRM and strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to support sales reporting, funnel analysis, and business performance tracking.

The candidate will work closely with the Head of International Sales to analyse sales performance, identify conversion gaps, and provide actionable business insights across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Analyse sales funnels, lead movement, conversions, revenue, and target achievement.
• Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities across markets and sales teams.
• Develop and automate Excel or Google Sheets dashboards.
• Track lead ageing, follow\-ups, sales productivity, and revenue trends.
• Support revenue forecasting, target planning, and business reviews.
• Validate Salesforce data and resolve inconsistencies.
• Evaluate campaign performance, pricing changes, and sales initiatives.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.

Required Skills

• Hands\-on experience with Salesforce CRM, reports, dashboards, filters, and data extraction.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX\-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and logical formulas.
• Experience in data cleaning, validation, and handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse sales funnels, conversion rates, revenue trends, and team productivity.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or SQL.
• Experience with Power Query, Google Sheets QUERY functions, or Apps Script.
• Experience in edtech, inside sales, or international business analytics.
• Understanding of customer acquisition cost, marketing return on spend, and cohort analysis.
