• *Role Overview**

We are hiring a **Business Analyst with 2\+ years of experience** in SaaS or technology environments to drive product clarity and execution across modules of the BeetLoop platform.

This is not a passive documentation role. You will work closely with product leadership and engineering to shape features, define workflows, and ensure high\-quality releases.

Familiarity with food processing is helpful, but strong product and systems thinking is mandatory.

• *Core Responsibilities**

• *1\. Product Requirement Ownership**

• Independently gather and structure business requirements
• Write high\-quality BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories
• Define edge cases, system validations, and exception scenarios
• Translate operational workflows into scalable product logic
• Own backlog items from definition through release

• *2\. Workflow \& System Design**

• Map end\-to\-end workflows (production tracking, inventory, compliance modules, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering to define system behavior and integration logic
• Understand API flows and data dependencies
• Ensure functional coherence across modules

• *3\. Stakeholder \& User Engagement**

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with industry users
• Challenge vague requirements and push for clarity
• Convert feedback into prioritized product improvements
• Validate feature readiness before sprint commitment

• *4\. Release \& Quality Support**

• Support sprint planning and grooming sessions
• Participate in UAT and validate feature functionality
• Identify gaps proactively before production release
• Track adoption and user feedback post\-launch

• *Required Qualifications**

* 2\+ years experience in

• SaaS product environment
• Technology startup
• ERP / workflow\-based systems
• Strong understanding of:
• Agile / Scrum execution
• User story writing \& backlog management
• Workflow modeling
• SaaS architecture fundamentals
• Ability to think in systems and process flows
• Strong documentation discipline and clarity in communication

• *Nice to Have**

• Basic familiarity with food processing or manufacturing lifecycle
• Exposure to ERP or production software systems
• Experience working in domain\-heavy platforms (healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
