Business Analyst- Senior Analyst- Hyderabad

Join Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited as a Senior Analyst \- Business Analyst supporting Solutions Delivery\-Canada within Information Technology Services. In this role, you will help deliver and maintain technology solutions that support business processes, marketplace services, and management information systems across Deloitte Canada. You will work with business, product, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, manage backlogs, and support high\-quality solution delivery across enterprise applications.

• *Work you'll do**

As a Senior Analyst \- Business Analyst on the Solutions Delivery\-Canada team, you will be responsible for:

• Serve as a functional and business process subject matter expert for assigned products and document business, user, and solution requirements.
• Partner with clients, engagement managers, business analysts, and project managers to support project onboarding, requirements definition, and delivery planning.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, analysis models, personas, journey maps, wireframes, user guides, and feature documentation.
• Manage the product backlog for assigned products by prioritizing requirements, defining scope, and supporting sprint planning and execution in Agile projects.
• Support user engagement, user acceptance testing, operational support, and issue resolution by coordinating with business owners, ITS teams, and other stakeholders.

Offerings include Custom Development, Packaged Application Development, Application Architecture and Testing Advisory Services. Technologies include Business Analytics, Business intelligence, Cloud Development, Mobile, .Net, SharePoint, SAP HANA, Manual, Automated, and Performance testing.

• *Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM**

• *Qualifications**

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 4\-5 years of experience in business analysis, including support for data warehousing, integration, or migration projects
• Experience providing analyst support for Microsoft SQL and Java projects
• Experience documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, analysis models, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and user guides
• Experience managing product backlogs, scope, and sprints in Agile projects
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, including Agile development and testing
• Experience with Unified Modeling Language, use cases, and data modeling

Preferred

• Experience with Cognos extract, transform, and load tools or big data projects
• Certified Business Analysis Professional or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Team Foundation Server, Urban Turtle, automated quality assurance tools, or wireframing tools
• Experience in a professional services organization
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and cross\-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing or continuous testing in Agile projects
