Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who can handle business research, data analysis, client communication, telecalling, and business development activities across multiple ongoing projects.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• *Business Analysis \& Research**

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify business opportunities.
• Analyze business data and prepare MIS reports, Excel sheets, and presentations.
• Track project performance, sales metrics, and business KPIs.
• Support business planning and strategic decision\-making.

• *Telecalling \& Business Development**

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, distributors, franchise partners, and businesses.
• Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow\-ups.
• Explain business offerings, products, services, and project opportunities.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and business interests.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain calling records, lead databases, and daily activity reports.
• Support franchise sales, B2B distribution, and corporate business development projects.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Confidence in client interaction, outbound calling, and follow\-ups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with targets.
• Knowledge of CRM, MIS reporting, or data analysis tools is an added advantage.
