Business Analyst

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical **Business Analyst** to join our team in **Kolkata**. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into effective solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and recommend data\-driven solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
• Support testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates with stakeholders.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. **Minimum 1 Year experience. Hindi proficiency.**
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in **Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or data analysis tools** is preferred.
• Knowledge of **business analysis methodologies and documentation**.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with **data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)**.
• Basic understanding of **Agile or Scrum methodologies**.
• Familiarity with **requirement gathering and process mapping tools**.
