Business Analyst

• *Role Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and tech professional who can bridge business requirements with technical execution while supporting project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations, along with the ability to coordinate cross\-functional teams and ensure timely project completion.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Business Analysis**

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
• Work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define solutions
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process workflows

• *Technical Understanding**

• Understand and work with APIs (REST, JSON, basic integrations)
• Write and interpret basic SQL queries for data validation and analysis
• Understand database structures (tables, relationships, normalization basics)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, ports, request flow)

• *Project Coordination**

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Coordinate between internal teams (tech, sales, operations)
• Ensure tasks are completed as per plan and escalate delays proactively
• Maintain project documentation and status reports

• *Stakeholder Management**

• Act as a point of contact between business and tech teams
• Communicate project updates, risks, and blockers clearly
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across stakeholders

• *Required Skills**

• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, and database concepts
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Jira, Trello, or similar
• Basic understanding of system architecture and integrations
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing structure

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Coordination
• Experience in SaaS / product / tech\-driven environments
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands\-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
