Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Business Analyst in a telecom, maritime, or technology\-focused environment.
- Understanding of satellite communications (VSAT), terrestrial networks (4G/5G/LTE), SD\-WAN, and maritime operations is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation, technical documentation, data analysis, and process modelling.
- Hands\-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, MS Visio or similar.
- Experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other similar tools.
- Familiarity with API\-driven architectures and integration projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in Agile including SAFe or hybrid delivery environments.
