Hiring Alert – Business Analyst \| Mumbai

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Industry Preference: Insurance / BFSI

SALARY \- 25000 \- 35000/\-

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows \& functional documents
• Coordinate with business, technology, QA \& infrastructure teams
• Support API integrations, payment systems \& third\-party platforms
• Assist in UAT testing, issue resolution \& process optimization
• Work on dashboards, reports \& project documentation

Skills Required

• Strong analytical \& problem\-solving skills
• Good communication \& stakeholder management
• Understanding of SDLC \& Agile methodologies
• Exposure to APIs, databases, digital platforms \& online processes
• Knowledge of Insurance/BFSI domain preferred

Preferred

• Exposure to payment ecosystems \& reconciliation
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, networking \& IT infrastructure
• Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and processes

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
