Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our team based in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, preparing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve business processes. This position offers a remote working opportunity for candidates who can work independently and collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

\* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.

\* Analyze business data and prepare reports to support decision\-making.

\* Coordinate with technical teams, management, and other stakeholders.

\* Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to business operations.

\* Assist in project planning, tracking, and requirement management.

\* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

\* Prepare presentations, reports, and process flow diagrams.

\* Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular project updates.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

\* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

\* 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

\* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation.

\* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

\* Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

\* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

\* Comfortable working remotely while coordinating with teams and stakeholders.

\* Monthly salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and skills.
