Job Overview

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical **Business Analyst** with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, preparing functional documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills, along with the ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement\-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and business discussions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes as required.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Support the development and testing teams during project execution.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against business requirements.
• Track project requirements, changes, and dependencies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project\-related documentation.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands\-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
• Basic understanding of software development, APIs, databases, and technical workflows.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on web\-based or enterprise software applications.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.
