###### **About the Role**

A Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, and recommend strategies to achieve organizational goals. They are instrumental in identifying problems, creating solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of business projects.

###### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high\-quality software solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and feasibility studies.
• Facilitate requirement review sessions and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews within Agile environments.
• Ensure software products comply with organizational standards and policies.
• Provide post\-implementation support and assist in troubleshooting issues.

###### **Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required**

• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like SQL, Excel, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
• Problem\-Solving: Adept at resolving issues and adapting to new challenges.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience managing relationships across organizational levels.
• Process Modeling and Visualization: Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi Modeler, and similar tools.
• Wireframing and Prototyping Tools: Balsamiq, Axure, Figma.

###### **Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations**

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.

###### **Good to have Skills**

• Any programming language.
