We are looking for a technically strong and analytical **Business Analyst** who can understand client requirements, translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, and coordinate effectively with our development, design, QA, and digital marketing teams.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of website development, web applications, e\-commerce platforms, APIs, databases, and software development processes. The candidate should be capable of independently analyzing complex requirements and guiding internal teams with clear, structured documentation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Conduct client meetings to understand business objectives and technical requirements.**
• **Analyze client requirements and identify gaps, dependencies, and technical challenges.**
• **Prepare website sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.**
• **Define website features, user roles, workflows, and system functionality.**
• **Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and digital marketing teams.**
• **Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.**
• **Understand project scope, technical feasibility, APIs, third\-party integrations, and database requirements.**
• **Document project deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and change requests.**
• **Ensure requirements are clearly documented and communicated before development begins.**
