Meet the Team

You will be part of the WW Distribution Sales Strategy\& Planning organization, supporting critical analytics and business intelligence initiatives across Cisco’s global distribution ecosystem.

In this role, you will partner closely with WW Distribution Sales, WW Distribution Finance, Cisco IT, Finance IT, WIPS, and Data\& Analytics teams to drive business insights, process improvements, and data\-driven decision\-making. You will help shape the future of analytics through advanced BI platforms, automation, and AI\-enabled solutions.

Your Impact

As a Business Intelligence\& Analytics leader, you will drive transformation across Cisco’s Distribution analytics landscape by delivering scalable reporting, automation, and data solutions that improve business performance and stakeholder decision\-making.

You will act as a strategic partner, connecting business needs with technical solutions while ensuring operational excellence across reporting and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain WW Distribution Sales BI analytics platforms including Distribution 360, Fusion, and Partner Journey analytics.
• Support AI\-driven analytics initiatives and business intelligence solutions for global stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable dashboards, reports, and insights using Tableau, Snowflake, MS SQL Server, and other BI technologies.
• Improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and automation through Cisco internal tools and process enhancements.
• Manage issue resolution related to upstream systems, data quality, and reporting performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, business requirements, and analytics roadmaps.
• Lead cross\-functional projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
• Drive process optimization opportunities and influence business decisions through data\-driven recommendations.
• Support change management, testing, documentation, stakeholder communication, and implementation activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7\+ years of experience supporting Cisco WW Distribution 360 platforms.
• Strong understanding of Cisco Distribution Partner Journey and 2\-Tier Channel Business architecture.
• Deep knowledge of FinBI, HANA, Partner Database, and enterprise reporting environments.
• Experience managing cross\-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Advanced expertise in MS SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Tableau, and Tableau Cloud.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects and Microsoft Office reporting tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self\-motivated, results\-oriented, and collaborative team player.
