Business Associate-Telesales

We are hiring enthusiastic and target\-oriented Telesales Representatives for our UAE process. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets by promoting company products/services to UAE customers.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE.
• Explain products/services and generate sales.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Update customer details in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English \& Hindi
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Experience in telesales/telemarketing is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• UAE process experience is an added advantage.
