We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our customer base and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting chit fund schemes effectively.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area
- Promote and sell chit fund schemes to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with branch teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Any PG Degree
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or finance sector preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in field and meet targets
- Good knowledge of local market and customer network
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in chit funds, NBFC, banking, or insurance sector
