Online BDE / Business Consultant **Job Type:** Full\-Time (100% Office\-Based — Bidhan Road, Siliguri)

• *Role \& Scope of Work:**

• Hunt and extract high\-quality B2B leads daily from **Shark Tank brands, untapped Indian mid\-sized brands, Meta Ad Library, Instagram, and Google Sponsored Ads**.

• Perform manual \& bulk CSV lead imports into our custom CRM and execute Bulk Email, Bulk WhatsApp (W\-Agent API), and DM outreach campaigns.

\*

• Consult prospects, share live software demos, generate AI\-assisted proposals, and drive daily online meetings and deal closures.

\*

• *Eligibility \& Experience:**

• Strong B2B communication, analytical mindset, and hands\-on understanding of IT Services, SaaS, E\-commerce, or Digital Marketing.

\*

• **Experience:** 1 – 4\+ years in B2B Sales / IT Business Development / Upwork or Outbound Agency Sales (Ambitious Freshers with exceptional English \& tech aptitude may apply).

• *Compensation (Salary Structure):**

• **For Experienced BDEs (Proven Track Record):** **Up to ₹50,000 / Month CTC (Up to 6 LPA)** based on target \& revenue delivery.

• *(Note for Freshers / Entry\-Level: For candidates without prior IT/B2B closing experience, starting CTC is* ***up to ₹15,000 / Month*** *\+ performance upgrades).*

• *Strict Daily \& Monthly KPIs (Tracked Inside CRM):**

• **New High\-Quality Manual/Scraped Leads Added Daily**.

• **8 – 10 Qualified Online Meetings Generated Daily**.

\*

• **3 – 4 High\-Intent Follow\-ups \& Proposals Sent Daily**.

\*

• **Monthly Deal Closures \& Revenue Target Achieved**.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
