Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with proven experience in international sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT services, generating leads through Upwork and other channels, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and acquire international clients across US, UK, UAE, and other global markets.
- Sell IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, SaaS Solutions, Cloud Services, and Digital Marketing.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project estimates.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and requirement\-gathering sessions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Services Sales, Software Sales, or Business Development.
- Hands\-on experience with Upwork lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong experience in International Sales.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling the complete sales cycle independently.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients in the US, UK, UAE, or other international markets.
- Experience selling SaaS products and IT services.
- Experience in proposal writing and project estimation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Candidates from service\-based IT companies will be highly preferred.
