Business Development \& Project Implementation Manager – GCC Business

Experience: Minimum 5–6 years

• *We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive business development and project implementation for our GCC bus operations business. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in running bus depot operations, implementing new projects and managing client relationships.**

• Identify business opportunities and support sales, marketing and client engagement.
• Lead project implementation, mobilisation and commencement of new GCC projects.
• Manage bus depot operations, fleet deployment and operational performance.
• Drive driver recruitment, onboarding, deployment and workforce management to ensure adequate driver availability.
• Prepare, monitor and analyse MIS reports to track operational performance, manpower and project KPIs
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in bus depot or transport operations.
• Strong experience in driver recruitment and management is essential.
• Experience in sales or client engagement, or a strong flair for selling and marketing.
• Proficiency in MIS preparation, reporting and data analysis.

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
