We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Team Lead who can manage premium property clients, coordinate site visits, and drive successful sales conversions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Handle premium property inquiries and client interactions
Coordinate and conduct property site visits
Present project details and property features professionally
Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships
Support negotiations and assist in deal closures
Coordinate with developers, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain sales reports, lead updates, and documentation
Deliver a smooth and high\-quality customer experience
Graduates from any discipline
1–4 years experience in Civil / Construction / Real Estate preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Languages Required: English \& Tamil
Must own a Laptop and Two Wheeler
