Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and goal\-oriented **Business Development Associate** to drive client acquisition, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to Offisync's business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while maintaining long\-term client relationships.

Roles \& ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Offisync solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and customers.
  • Handle client queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Sales \& Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team for lead generation activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Reporting \& Documentation

  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track lead conversion ratios and sales performance.
  • Prepare MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.

Market Research

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities in target industries.
  • Suggest strategies for business expansion and customer acquisition.

Required SkillsCommunication
