• *Your Mission**

Bring new clients to Brimbus and turn conversations into long\-term business.

• *What Your Day Looks Like**

• Prospecting on LinkedIn, calls, email and networking to find businesses that need branding and marketing
• Booking meetings and pitching our services to founders, marketing heads and business owners
• Preparing proposals and quotations, then following up until the deal closes
• Working with our design and content teams so every client onboarding is smooth
• Updating your pipeline and sharing weekly progress

• *What Success Looks Like**

• **First 30 days:** Learn our services, portfolio and pricing, and build your lead list
• **First 60 days:** Run regular client meetings and send consistent proposals
• **First 90 days:** Close your first deals and hit your monthly target

• *You're a Great Fit If You**

• Have worked in sales or business development at an **ad, branding, creative or digital marketing agency**
• Can generate your own leads and don't wait for them to come to you
• Are confident, persuasive and comfortable talking to decision\-makers
• Speak fluent English and Hindi (Kannada is a bonus)
• Understand branding, social media, ads and digital marketing well enough to sell them
• Own a two\-wheeler for client visits
• Hold an MBA in Marketing or Sales (a plus, not a must)
