Experience in dealing with developers and understanding real estate market trends is crucial.

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands toidentify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Use sales forecasting methods and techniques to analyze and filter serious leads.Manage the lead pipeline effectively, ensuring that potential clients are followed up with in a timely and consistent manner.
Develop strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders to promote Mulberry Villas \& Pods products, creating long\-lasting business connections.
Review market analysis and meet with clients to assess their current and future needs, ensuring the company maintains a quality relationship with each customer
Ensure continuous follow\-ups with prospective leads, addressing client queries, and providing necessary information. Engage in constructive dialogues to close deals andconvert leads into clients.
Develop and implement innovative sales campaigns and strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing ones. Work towards driving revenue and market expansion.
Represent Mulberry Villas \& Pods at industry conferences, meetings, and events to increase the company’s market presence and foster professional relationships.
Work closely with other departments, such as the Design Team, to support salesinitiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects
. Set clear and achievable sales targets, regularly tracking progress and makingadjustments to strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, providing insights onperformance, challenges, and recommendations for growth
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
Use strong negotiation skills to close high\-value deals that contribute to the profitable growth of the business.
