• *Role Summary:**

As a Sales Executive, you'll drive Valeto's B2B growth by acquiring new partners (restaurants, cafes, pubs, and high\-street groups) in Pune's key zones like FC Road, Koregaon Park, and Hinjawadi. Report directly to the Founder; base in Pune with field work.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\- Prospect and generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals in target clusters.

\- Conduct demos of our tech platform (app, dashboard, bot) and operational model to showcase ROI (e.g., \+21% footfall for partners).

\- Negotiate and close deals, aiming for 5\-8 new partners/month.

\- Build long\-term relationships, upsell subscriptions, and ensure seamless onboarding.

\- Track sales metrics via CRM; provide market feedback to refine strategies.

\- Collaborate with ops team for pilot trials .

**Requirements**

\- 1\-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, tech, or services (parking/F\&B preferred).

\- Proven track record of closing deals; hunter mentality with strong negotiation skills.

\- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable with field sales.

\- Bachelor's degree; local Pune knowledge a plus.

\- Tech\-savvy (familiar with apps/CRMs); own two\-wheeler for mobility.

**Compensation \& Incentives**

\- Base Salary: ₹15,000\-₹35,000/month (based on experience).

\- Incentives: per closed deal
