Business Development Associate/Manager

• Conduct detailed **market research** to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong **client relationships** through regular follow\-ups and communication
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing
• Assist in planning and promoting B2B exhibitions and events
• Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and sales progress
• Prepare reports and insights based on market research and campaign performance

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
