Business Development Associate

MyTSL CARE is looking for a confident, professional, and ambitious **Business Development Associate** to drive new business opportunities across the UK and international markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong commercial mindset, and be comfortable using modern AI tools to improve productivity and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow\-up communications.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to convert opportunities into long\-term clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• **Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).**
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional email writing and communication.
• Proficient in **AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot**, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Self\-motivated, organised, and target\-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
• Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,535\.39 \- ₹50,918\.70 per month
