We partner with colleges and institutions to deliver end\-to\-end academic and professional development services — including skill development programs, academic conferences, research support, internship integration, grants assistance, and institutional ranking enhancement.
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Executive to drive Knowspire's institutional outreach across colleges and universities. The ideal candidate is confident in professional settings, relationship\-driven, and passionate about the education sector. You will be the face of Knowspire to college administrations and will play a direct role in growing our institutional partnerships.
- *Institutional Visits \& Outreach**
- Regularly visit colleges, universities, and academic institutions across the assigned territory to introduce and promote Knowspire's services
- Schedule and conduct structured presentations and demonstrations of Knowspire's offerings to Principals, HODs, Deans, and Administrative heads
- Identify and map new institutions for business development and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners
- Attend educational fairs, expos, and networking events to represent Knowspire and generate leads
- *Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with college administration, faculty coordinators, and decision\-makers
- Act as the primary point of contact for all institutional queries and ensure prompt resolution
- Conduct regular follow\-up visits and calls to nurture ongoing relationships and stay top\-of\-mind with partner institutions
- Collect feedback from institutions and relay insights to the internal team for service improvement
- *Sales \& Service Promotion**
- Clearly explain and promote all Knowspire services including Skill Development Programs, Workshops \& Training, Academic Conferences, Research \& Publication Support, Internship \& Industry Integration, Grants \& Funding Assistance, and Ranking Enhancement consulting
- Understand each institution's academic calendar, goals, and challenges to pitch the most relevant services
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and service packages based on institutional needs
- Negotiate and close service agreements in coordination with the management team
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- *Needs Assessment \& Service Mapping**
- Conduct a thorough institutional needs analysis to identify which Knowspire services are most applicable and impactful for each college
- Stay updated on UGC, AICTE, APSCHE guidelines and accreditation requirements (NAAC, NBA) to align Knowspire's offerings accordingly
- Advise institutions on how Knowspire's services can improve their rankings, accreditation scores, and student outcomes
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing partner institutions
- *Coordination \& Reporting**
- Maintain detailed records of all visits, meetings, follow\-ups, and deal statuses using CRM tools or reports
- Submit regular sales reports and activity updates to management
- Coordinate with Knowspire's internal academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services post\-deal closure
- Assist in drafting and executing MoUs and partnership agreements
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0\-1 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or education sector preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Telugu
- Confident, self\-motivated, and target\-oriented
- Willingness to travel frequently across Vijayawada and the Andhra Pradesh region
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Prior experience dealing with college administrations is a strong advantage
