About the Role

PhonePe is seeking dedicated individuals for a full\-time role focused on merchant acquisition and engagement within the Chandigarh region. While this is a full\-time position, the compensation and performance evaluations are directly linked to specific daily deliverables and "touchpoints." This role requires working closely with local merchants on the ground to drive the adoption of PhonePe's payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend daily gate meetings to receive targeted activities and essential raw materials such as QR codes, devices, and marketing collateral.
• Drive the acquisition of new merchants.
• Execute and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for merchants.
• Deploy PhonePe devices at allocated merchants while strictly adhering to established quality criteria.
• Promote and drive the adoption of various payment solutions, including QR codes, POS devices, and business applications.
• Conduct merchant visits to resolve operational issues and provide necessary device servicing.
• Reactivate inactive merchants and execute the reverse pick\-up of devices when applicable.
• Assist merchants in completing loan application processes.
• Cross\-sell additional products and services as notified by the company from time to time.

Compensation \& Benefits

• **Performance\-Based Structure:** Compensation is explicitly linked to daily productivity and requires achieving a minimum number of touchpoints. Accumulating 20 touchpoints constitutes one ordinary day of work.
• **Salary Components:** The compensation structure includes a basic salary, a consistency bonus for regular touchpoint delivery, a statutory bonus, and a performance\-based sales\-linked commission.
• **Statutory Benefits:** Employees are provided with standard statutory benefits, including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and insurance coverage (such as Group Personal Accident or Term Life).
• **Travel Reimbursement:** Employees are eligible for the reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses when required to travel outside their specified location, per company policy.
• Allowance upto 4000 and Sunday off.
• On Role employee.

Requirements \& Expectations

• **Exclusivity:** Employees must work exclusively on matters assigned by PhonePe and cannot engage in other occupations, businesses, or employment without prior written consent.
• **Background Verification:** Successful candidates must clear internal selection processes and background verifications that meet UIDAI minimum education standards.
• **Compliance:** Strict adherence to PhonePe's internal policies, including the Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy Guide, DPDP Act guidelines, and IT Usage Policy, is mandatory.
• **Flexibility:** Employees may be required to fulfill duties on public holidays based on business exigencies.
• **Asset Management:** Employees are responsible for the care of company\-provided devices. Deductions may apply to recover costs for lost or damaged devices resulting from proven negligence or non\-compliance with deployment standards.

Pay: ₹24,400\.00 per month
