Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales by building long\-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and other channel partners. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate business opportunities through strategic partnerships and convert them into sales for our premium kitchen and home appliance brands.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, networking, relationship management, and consultative selling. While showroom visits and customer interactions may be required occasionally, the role is primarily focused on developing and managing the professional network that influences buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities : Business Development
- Identify and onboard new architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with industry professionals to generate recurring business.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase the company's product range and latest offerings.
- Understand upcoming residential and commercial projects and position the company's products during the planning stage.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and industry events.
- Maintain an active pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.
Sales \& Account Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the architect and builder network.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the showroom team.
- Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring company profitability.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, installation teams, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong post\-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Field Sales
- Conduct daily visits to architect offices, builder offices, construction sites, and interior design firms.
- Schedule product presentations and demonstrations for project teams.
- Represent the company during exhibitions, society events, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new residential and commercial developments within the assigned territory.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records of meetings, opportunities, and follow\-ups in the CRM.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion in new territories and market segments.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the showroom sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing for architect meets, product launches, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with service and installation teams for timely project completion.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, project sales, B2B sales, or channel sales.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, construction companies, or building material brands will be preferred.
- Experience in kitchen appliances, modular kitchens, sanitaryware, tiles, lighting, furniture, electrical products, or other premium home improvement products is an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new architects, interior designers, and builders onboarded each month.
- Number of client meetings and site visits conducted.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Project pipeline value.
- Sales revenue generated through channel partners.
- Conversion rate from lead to order.
- Repeat business from existing partners.
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates and reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
