Job Description – Business Development Executive\- Work From Home

Role \& Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with colleges, universities and corporate organisations.
• Connect with corporate decision\-makers.
• Generate business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
• Promote ShiftToTech's AI, DevOps, Cloud and Data Engineering training programs.
• Arrange meetings, presentations, workshops and corporate training discussions.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into paid enrolments and training contracts.
• Maintain lead databases and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development or education sales preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn networking.
• Target\-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Compensation
