We are looking for enthusiastic and target\-driven Business Development Associates who are interested in building a career in sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting our educational programs, and converting prospects into enrollments.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication, negotiation, client\-handling, and sales skills in a growing EdTech organization.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate potential leads through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels.
• Connect with prospective students and professionals to understand their learning and career requirements.
• Promote SkillFlow Learning's IT and Non\-IT certification and upskilling programs.
• Explain course features, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective customers.
• Conduct follow\-ups with interested leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain lead records, sales reports, and customer information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Any Bachelor's degree or above.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.

• *Compensation \& Benefits**

• **Monthly Stipend:** ₹17,000 during the training period.
• **Travel Allowance:** ₹1,000 per month.
• **Performance Incentives:** Up to ₹12,000\.
• **Training Duration:** 6 Months.
• **Post\-Training CTC:** ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA, based on performance and evaluation.
