Business Development Executive

• *Job Overview**

AJ Architect is looking for a proactive and motivated **Business Development Executive** to identify potential clients, generate business leads, and explore new business opportunities for the firm. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, building professional relationships, and supporting the firm's business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\- Identify and generate leads from potential clients interested in architectural design, interior design, and construction\-related services.

\- Research residential, commercial, and other architectural project opportunities.

\- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, social media, and other professional channels.

\- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, builders, developers, contractors, and other relevant professionals.

\- Follow up with potential clients and arrange meetings with the firm's architects or management team.

\- Maintain a database of prospective clients, leads, and follow\-up activities.

\- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion.

\- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication with prospective clients.

\- Support the preparation and presentation of the firm's services to potential customers.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

\- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Confidence in communicating with prospective clients.

\- Basic knowledge of lead generation, client outreach, and business development.

\- Good research, organizational, and follow\-up skills.

\- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.

\- Knowledge of social media and online lead\-generation platforms is an advantage.

\- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or the architecture and construction industry is preferred.

\- Able to identify potential business opportunities and build professional relationships.

• *Work Location: Thalassery \& Kannur**

Employment Type: Full\-time

Compensation: **₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, plus Travel Allowance (TA) and Bonus.**
