We are looking for a dynamic and target\-driven Business Development Executive to convert qualified leads into clients for our Recruitment and Staffing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or service industry.
- Follow up on qualified leads generated by the lead generation team.
- Connect with decision\-makers, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and business leaders to understand their hiring requirements.
- Present the company's recruitment and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct virtual and in\-person client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Convert leads into active clients and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and CRM records.
- Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of converting leads and acquiring clients.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Experience working with sales targets and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- *Preferred Candidate Profile**
- Candidates from Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, RPO, Executive Search, IT Services, Consulting, or other B2B service industries will be preferred.
- Experience selling recruitment or staffing services will be a strong advantage.
