About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Sales
- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Market Research \& Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Identify new market segments and business expansion opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Provide regular market intelligence and business insights to management.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the management team in developing business growth strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required.
Reporting \& Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
